FVCA recognizes the value of extra-curricular athletic activities. The athletics program at FVCA is designed to complement and enhance the academic and spiritual experience of our students. While athletic competition is not for everyone, the opportunity to participate on a sports team promotes a healthy lifestyle, self-confidence, teamwork, good sportsmanship, commitment to a shared goal, and a sense of fairness. Effective coaches instill high standards in their players by expecting that they give their best performance, handling themselves in a Christ-honoring manner.
FVCA students, K-5th, interested in playing soccer, participate in Neenah Soccer Club's Fall Elementary Program. Teams are formed by school, so students will play with their fellow classmates! The season is scheduled for six games, one game a week, beginning the end of August. Games are held at a few of Neenah's local parks, and players will receive a game jersey with 'FVCA' on the front!
